As per our previous communications sent on March 19, 2024, and April 19,2024 we regret to inform you that the Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) is nearing its conclusion. Without additional funding from Congress, your April 2024 bill will mark the final month where full ACP benefits will be applicable.Understanding the importance of uninterrupted service, Cathect is committed to extending a partial ACP discount through May 2024 for interested customers. Should you choose to continue receiving Cathect services in May 2024, the ACP program will provide a partial discount of $14, with you responsible for the remaining $16. Your affirmative consent is required for Cathect to continue providing services beyond April 2024.Please carefully review the following statements:• I acknowledge that I have reviewed the information provided in the March 19, 2024, and April 19,2024 notices from Cathect, as well as this email, which outlines my responsibility to pay $16 for continued services in May 2024.• I agree to allow Cathect to continue providing ACP service to my household in May 2024 and understand that I will be charged $16 for this service.If you agree to both statements above, kindly sign below at your earliest convenience.If you opt not to continue receiving services from Cathect, you have the option to transfer your service to another provider or discontinue it altogether.Please be aware that failure to opt into receiving service from Cathect or to notify us of your desire to transfer to another provider by April 30, 2024, will result in Cathect concluding that you are discontinuing your services as of May 1, 2024, and your service will be disconnected accordingly.Furthermore, Cathect will send a separate communication seeking your preference regarding continued services after May 2024 when ACP funding is fully exhausted. Beyond May 2024, the price for broadband services from Cathect will be $19.99 per month.
